Little Woody A Big Success

May 20, 2016

On Thursday May 19th, 144 of the state's most passionate mini-golfers descended upon the 36 holes of miniature golf at Mulligan's Island to have fun, party with their friends, and raise some money for the Tomorrow Fund, for children with cancer. By the end of the day, the beer was gone, the pizza was eaten, the course was conquered and the Tomorrow Fund raised over $2,000.

Scarpetti's 94HJY Little Woody was a huge success, mostly because of the passion of the fans to support the station. Players from 3 to 63 played a two-best ball format which yielded some pretty low scores and some the challenged even the best score keepers to add up. But in the end, winners and not so winners alike had fun and could only wonder...when is the 2017 Little Woody going to be?
