2020 Summer Golf Camps
The Golf Academy at Mulligan's Island has an amazing Summer Golf Camp planned for 2020. This year's camp is led by Academy Director and Certified Teaching Professional Todd Campbell.
THE JUNIOR CAMP
Our Summer Camp is a 5-day Camp (9 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. daily) running every other week from the end of June through the end of August. The Camps will consist of time spent at the Driving Range, Putting green, Pitch & Putt short course and our executive Par 3 course. Each week, students will be introduced to new subjects within our Golf Academy curriculum and will be tested on their knowledge and execution of the subject content. The curriculum content will rotate so that students will be learning new content each week. In addition, time will be spent on the Par 3 course testing students ability to shoot a score of 36 or less from their designated tee markers.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each golfer starts in Division 1 and plays 9 holes from 25 yards from the hole (225 yard course). When the golfer can shot 36 or better they progress to Division 2 and play their next round from 50 yards from the hole. This process continues through 6 divisions until the golfer beats the challenge of shooting 36 (par or better) from their full tee box. Todd Campbell is the Director of the Golf Academy here at Mulligan’s Island. He is also a P.G.A. Member and a U.S. Kids Certified Instructor. Todd is committed to making the Junior Golfing experience fun and memorable!
THE CURRICULUM & TECHNOLOGY
The Summer Camp contains 6 levels, each level containing 12 subjects for a total of 72 objectives. Juniors are taught 4 of these objectives by our Academy Staff during the Summer Camp week. Each week, students will be introduced to 4 new subjects within the Academy curriculum and will be tested on their knowledge and execution of the subject content. We will rotate through the curriculum content so that students will be learning new subjects each week. Once achieved, the Staff mark the objective complete. Once all of the 12 objectives are complete, the student will then "Rank Up" to the next level.
