8/9 FNL - Neal & The Vipers

May 2, 2019

With the Second Annual Rhode Island Blues Festival right around the corner, we didn't have to look far to find the perfect band to close out our Friday Night Live season and kick off #RIBF. In fact, Neal & The Vipers is the answer to a great trivia question, "Who opened up the very first RI BluesFest in 2018?"

Neal Vitullo & The Vipers started out 2019 on a high: being inducted into the Rhode Island Music Hall of Fame.

The Vipers are Dave Howard, Steve Bigelow, Paul Tomasello, Jack Howarth and Mike LaBelle make up the band. They are all professional musicians; all experts in their instruments with decades of playing experience that is one of the the keys to their amazing performances. You can feel the chemistry between them as they play hits from their many original songs off their CD's as well as covering classic songs from many generations and genres. Neal &TheVipers play American Roots Music encompassing blues, rock & roll, rockabilly, and surf, that will get you up out of your chair to dance all night long! When the show is over, you will feel full of energy and looking forward to catching the next show.

Friday Night Live is Mulligan's Island's outdoor music series featuring a different performer for ten Friday nights. Start off the weekend with your toes in the grass, enjoying FREE live music, a craft beer, food from one of the regions best food trucks, and your friends and neighbors.

The show starts at 6pm. We encourage you to bring lawn chairs, blankets and umbrellas to enjoy the show. Some chairs an tables will be provided. If you would like to bring a picnic that is ok, but no outside alcohol. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT MULLIGAN'S ISLAND (ONLY CERTIFIED SERVICE DOGS.)
