2020 Concert Series Cancelled

It is with great disappointment that Mulligan's Island announces that the 2020 Summer Concert series has been cancelled. Over the previous two summers, Mulligan's Island had developed a series of shows and weekend festivals that brought music lovers from across Southern New England to our Events Center. And while we had an amazing line of up bands ready to play, the Coronavirus had other ideas for Summer 2020.
We spent considerable time working with State and local officials to make our plans conform to the newest regulations, but it has became apparent that we wouldn't be able to host enough guests to make the events viable. While we have over 160,000 sf of open air events space we were limited to only 250 guests maximum. This is just not enough to have high level performers come to Mulligan's.
This cancellation includes what should have been our best RI Blues Festival since we started. We have received numerous emails and voice mails from fans of the only two-day blues festival in Rhode Island who begged and pleaded for it to go forward. But we just couldn't get there.
We hope 2021 brings us better circumstances to enjoy live music outside. We won't stop trying to entertain you and we wish you all the very best this summer. Stay Safe, Stay Healthy.
