The Score AM-FM (790 AM and 99.7 FM) hosted Rhode Island's first Mini-British open to rave reviews and fierce competition. Winners and losers alike enjoyed a fun morning at Mulligan's Island and some great sports talk on the mini-links.
Teams of two players competed in a Best-Ball Format which began with a Volcano Shot-Gun Start! Though most teams could not manage Par, there were some exciting Holes-In-One and some cagey strategic moves. But after all that a playoff was needed and winner's took home the "Mini" Trophy.
