Batting Cages
The batting cages at Mulligan's Island are the only outdoor cages in the
state of Rhode Island designed to simulate the real-life hitting experience.
With a 10-station setup that has various baseball speeds and both fast pitch
and slow pitch softball, we are equipped to meet the needs of all our customers
- whether it is a quick warm up before the big game, or a fun night out!
Here at Mulligan's Island we utilize the Iron Mike Pitching Machine, which is
known for its mechanical pitching arm. Teaching professionals will tell you
that the key to hitting is being able to watch the pitcher's arm. Our unique
system allows us to offer various speeds and heights which can be customized
for your team or league.
Baseball and Softball teams from all over the state (little league, high school,
and semi-pro) have taken advantage of the training facility here at Mulligan's Island.
Teams and individuals can rent out batting cages by the hour, or use our
infield and pitching mounds to work on improving various aspects of their
game - 24 hours notice is required, so please call ahead. For more
